Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee our project sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all construction activities at assigned project sites

Manage and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and other personnel

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Monitor project progress and report regularly to project managers

Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality

Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications

Coordinate material deliveries and equipment utilization

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control

Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed

Maintain accurate site documentation and daily logs

Participate in project planning and scheduling meetings

Implement quality assurance and control procedures

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques

Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations

Excellent understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications

Proven experience in managing site teams effectively

Valid UAE driving license

Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)

Skills & Attributes

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Effective communication in English (additional languages are a plus)

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential issues

Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
