Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction and interior projects with precision and professional management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations and construction activities

Supervise interior construction projects

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Coordinate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders

Monitor project progress and timelines

Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues

Maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements

3-6 years of experience in construction/interior supervision

Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to read and interpret construction plans

Proficient in project management techniques

Excellent problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Construction Management preferred

Technical knowledge of construction processes

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

Fluent in English (Additional languages beneficial)
