About the Role:

A leading construction company in Dubai is seeking an organized and proactive Site Secretary to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with excellent administrative skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment. As a Site Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the construction site by managing documentation, coordinating communications, and providing administrative support to the site team. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize site documentation, including reports, permits, and correspondence.

Coordinate communication between the site team, office, and external stakeholders.

Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate records of minutes.

Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure the site office is well-organized.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

Support the site team with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at the site office.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a site secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role, preferably in the construction industry.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is a plus.
