Job Title: Site Mechanical Manager – PV Field

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Mechanical Manager to oversee and manage the construction activities of a large-scale PV solar field in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of project tasks, maintain productivity norms, and ensure adherence to HSE, QA/QC standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee construction activities such as Ramming/Piling, Trackers installation, Modules assembly, and integration of Cleaning Robots.

Manage a team of Assistant Construction Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, in-house workmen, and subcontractors.

Ensure adherence to schedules, KPIs, and productivity targets.

Strictly enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) compliance across all site operations.

Ensure QA/QC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) compliance throughout the project.

Handle rate analysis, costing, cost control, and material reconciliation.

Mobilize resources as per project requirements.

Maintain close coordination with the Project Company and vendors for materials procurement.

Manage site administration and oversee resource allocation.

Requirements:

Extensive technical knowledge of Solar PV installations, including international codes and standards.

Strong project management and direct execution skills.

Excellent communication and drafting abilities.

Solid understanding of HSE and QC standards.

Education & Experience:

Graduate in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Minimum of 13 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years dedicated to large-scale Solar PV projects (200 MW and above).

Overseas experience is highly desirable.
