Site HR Admin Officer

Job Description

Site HR and Administration Management: As a Site HR Admin Officer, you will oversee daily HR and administrative operations at the project site, ensuring compliance with company standards and UAE labor laws. You will supervise the site HR and admin team, ensuring smooth workforce management and efficient coordination between head office and field operations.

Employee Mobilization and Onboarding: You will manage the complete mobilization process of employees including documentation, visa processing, medical testing, Tawjeeh registration, and biometric scheduling. Your role will ensure that all onboarding activities are completed accurately and on time to support smooth project staffing.

Employee Records and Payroll Support: In this position, you will maintain up-to-date employee files, attendance records, and payroll inputs. You will be responsible for verifying attendance sheets, overtime reports, and leave applications to ensure accurate salary processing and workforce data management.

Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: You will serve as the first point of contact for employees on-site, addressing grievances, mediating disputes, and managing disciplinary procedures in line with company policies. Maintaining a fair and professional work environment will be one of your top priorities.

Camp and Logistics Management: You will oversee site accommodation, transportation, and PPE distribution to ensure that all employees are provided with proper living conditions and workplace essentials. Your duties will include coordinating with vendors and internal departments to maintain safe and compliant site operations.

Compliance and Reporting: You will prepare detailed HR reports on manpower status, attendance, and employee activities. Additionally, you will ensure full compliance with UAE labor regulations and internal HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards, supporting audits and inspections as required.
