Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction project team, responsible for comprehensive project management and technical oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee complete construction project lifecycle

Ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery

Review and validate project specifications, drawings, and design documents

Supervise site activities with a focus on safety and quality

Provide technical guidance and leadership

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders

Resolve complex design and construction challenges

Conduct rigorous site inspections

Monitor project progress, quality, and engineering standards

Prepare comprehensive project documentation

Maintain accurate progress reports and schedules

Ensure strict compliance with local regulations and building codes

Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Certification from P.A.H.W (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) preferred

Professional Skills

Proven construction project management experience

Advanced knowledge of engineering principles

Strong understanding of construction methodologies

Proficiency in project management software

Expert in technical tools:

AutoCAD

SAP2000

Building Information Modeling (BIM) experience advantageous

Exceptional problem-solving capabilities

Strong organizational and communication skills
