ATGC Construction is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-rise building construction with a minimum of 5-6 years of UAE experience. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of construction activities.

Supervise and inspect construction work to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to project timelines.

Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.

Monitor and control project costs, resources, and schedules.

Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and records.

Conduct regular site meetings to update stakeholders on project progress and address any concerns.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in high-rise building construction in the UAE.

Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Immediate availability is preferred.
