A construction site is not just a place where buildings go up. It is where plans become reality, where blueprints transform into steel and concrete, and where every detail matters. This is the world a Site Engineer inhabits—and it is not for the faint-hearted.

NVR HR Solutions is looking for a Site Engineer who understands that being on site means being in charge. Not just of the work, but of the people, the materials, the timeline, and the quality. You will be the one ensuring that every beam is placed correctly, every pour is done on time, and every subcontractor knows exactly what is expected. You will coordinate with consultants, project managers, and clients, making sure that everyone is aligned and that the project stays on track. You will monitor manpower, equipment, and materials, prepare progress reports, and resolve technical issues as they arise. Safety and quality will be your constant companions, because on a construction site, there is no room for shortcuts.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and has three to six years of UAE contracting experience, preferably on residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects. You are proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, and your communication and coordination skills are strong. You are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and are not afraid to make decisions on the ground. You understand the pace of a construction site and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the UAE. The salary range is AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month, depending on experience. The role comes with a comprehensive benefits package including employment visa, medical insurance, annual leave, air ticket as per company policy, and end-of-service benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
