Responsibilities: As a Site Engineer at CAIEC Contracting LLC, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations at our villa and building construction sites in Ajman. You will ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and adheres to safety and quality standards. The role requires hands-on technical knowledge and leadership ability to coordinate subcontractors and labor efficiently.

Project Oversight: The successful candidate will oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution. You will be expected to monitor all aspects of the construction process, including materials, labor, and equipment, ensuring project milestones are met effectively and efficiently.

Site Supervision: You will be the key technical advisor on-site, directing workers and liaising with consultants and project managers. This includes resolving unexpected technical difficulties and dealing with challenges that arise during the construction process.

Documentation & Reporting: The role involves maintaining detailed records of site activity, progress reports, and quality checks. You will also be responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly updates and coordinating with the head office regarding inventory, labor, and materials.

Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all operations are in line with safety regulations and local building codes is a major component of the job. The Site Engineer must ensure that PPE is worn, safety practices are enforced, and potential hazards are addressed proactively.

Vendor Coordination: You will interact with subcontractors, vendors, and material suppliers. Your ability to manage multiple teams and ensure consistent delivery of work is key to maintaining progress and budget control.
