Job Overview:

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage multiple construction sites in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires frequent travel to various project sites, where the Site Engineer will conduct inspections, manage day-to-day activities, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

This position is ideal for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in the interior design and construction industry, particularly within the UAE.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

Oversee and manage multiple construction sites, ensuring that all projects adhere to the agreed-upon timelines, scopes, and budgets.

Supervise construction activities across various sites, ensuring that all work aligns with project plans and specifications.

Site Inspections & Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in construction activities to prevent delays and ensure project success.

Coordination & Communication:

Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project teams, to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare and present progress reports, providing updates on project status, potential challenges, and proposed solutions.

Project Planning & Management:

Interpret project plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Utilize construction management software to track project progress, manage resources, and maintain documentation.

Problem Solving & Efficiency:

Develop and implement solutions to address project challenges, enhance efficiency, and improve overall project outcomes.

Work closely with the project team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Travel & Site Supervision:

Travel to various project sites to oversee construction activities, ensuring consistent implementation of project plans across locations.

Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from a recognized institution.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE, particularly in the Interior Design/Construction industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing construction sites and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations in the UAE.

Proficiency in using construction management software for project tracking and reporting.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Requirements:

Male, 40 years old and below.

Must possess a valid UAE Driver’s License.

Willingness to travel frequently to various project sites within Abu Dhabi.
