Site Accounting Operations – The Site Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities at the project site while ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial discipline and supporting smooth construction site operations.

Financial Record Maintenance – The position requires maintaining detailed site-level records related to materials, labor, expenses, and petty cash. Accurate documentation and systematic filing are essential to ensure transparency and easy reference for internal reviews.

Cost Monitoring and Control – The Site Accountant will actively monitor project costs, track material consumption, and review stock movement to prevent discrepancies. Close attention to cost allocation helps support effective budget control and project profitability.

Cash and Expense Management – Managing petty cash, site advances, and expense reconciliation is a core responsibility of this role. The accountant will ensure that all site expenditures are properly authorized, supported, and reconciled in a timely manner.

Reporting and Coordination – The role involves preparing regular site expense reports and coordinating with the Head Office on invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Strong communication is required to ensure alignment between site operations and central finance functions.

Compliance and Audit Support – The Site Accountant will support tax documentation related to site expenses and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. Proper preparation of records is essential to assist during internal reviews and external audits.
