Role Overview – Advanced Cargo & Shipping LLC is hiring a Shipping Operation Executive for our Dubai office. This full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree, advanced Excel skills, and preferably shipping experience. This role is ideal for logistics professionals who can coordinate shipping lines, manage customer deliveries, and handle invoicing operations.

Shipping Line Coordination – You will coordinate with shipping lines for various operational activities including booking cargo space on vessels, submitting booking requests, confirming vessel schedules, communicating shipping requirements, coordinating container allocation, managing relationships with shipping line representatives, and ensuring smooth shipping line coordination that supports timely cargo movement.

Booking Management – You will manage shipping bookings by processing booking requests from customers, coordinating with shipping lines on vessel availability, confirming booking details including container types and quantities, tracking booking confirmations, managing booking amendments when needed, coordinating booking cancellations if required, and maintaining accurate booking records.

Load List Coordination – You will coordinate load lists with shipping lines by submitting cargo details, providing container information, communicating shipment particulars, verifying load list accuracy, coordinating load list amendments, tracking vessel loading schedules, ensuring containers are loaded on correct vessels, and maintaining proper load list documentation.

Bill of Lading (BL) Processing – You will coordinate Bill of Lading operations including preparing BL drafts, submitting BL instructions to shipping lines, verifying BL details for accuracy, coordinating BL amendments and corrections, tracking original BL issuance, arranging BL surrenders when applicable, managing express release or telex release, and ensuring timely BL processing for shipments.

Delivery Order Coordination – You will coordinate delivery orders with shipping lines by submitting DO requests, processing DO applications, paying DO fees and terminal charges, obtaining approved delivery orders, coordinating with customers on DO collection, facilitating container release from port, tracking DO validity periods, and ensuring customers receive delivery orders for cargo pickup.
