About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Specialist to join our innovative team at Aastra Tech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions while leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to create efficient business solutions.

Core Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions aligned with business requirements

Architect and maintain SharePoint site collections, sites, and subsites

Implement and customize SharePoint workflows, forms, and web parts

Develop solutions using C#, .NET, SQL, and Angular

Create and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Perform SharePoint administration tasks including security, backup, and recovery

Monitor and optimize SharePoint performance and stability

Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues

Provide technical documentation and user training

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions

Technical Requirements

Strong experience with SharePoint Online and On-premises

Proficiency in C#, .NET framework, and SQL Server

Expertise in Angular and modern web development

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform:

Power Apps for custom application development

Power Automate for workflow automation

Power BI for business intelligence and reporting

Experience with Office 365 and Azure services

Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools and strategies

Understanding of SharePoint security and governance

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint development and administration

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent project management abilities

Strong communication skills in English

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications (MCSE, MCSD, or equivalent modern certifications)

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools

Experience with enterprise system integration

Background in training and documentation creation
