Service Waiter

Job Description

Seeking Service Waiter for our company Abela and Co 

Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items in a friendly and professional manner.

Order Management: Accurately record and transmit orders to the kitchen, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages to customers.

Table Maintenance: Set tables with utensils, napkins, and condiments, and ensure cleanliness and tidiness throughout service.

Upselling: Suggest additional items or specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales revenue.

Payment Processing: Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions with integrity.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other wait staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Cleaning Duties: Assist with cleaning and maintaining dining areas, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and sweeping floors as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and customer-focused attitude.

Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
