Daily Responsibilities: The Service Crew will be responsible for taking customer orders, ensuring accuracy in food preparation, serving meals, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the service area. Your attention to detail and positive attitude will be essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Customer Interaction: You will be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them warmly, answering questions about the menu, making suggestions, and addressing any concerns with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.

Team Support: You’ll work closely with kitchen staff, cashiers, and other team members to ensure fast and efficient service. A collaborative attitude and willingness to take initiative during peak hours are key to succeeding in this role.

Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintaining the cleanliness of service counters, tables, and common areas is part of your responsibilities. You'll follow strict hygiene standards and safety protocols to ensure a pleasant and safe dining environment.

Stock Replenishment: The Service Crew is expected to assist in monitoring stock levels, refilling condiments and utensils, and notifying management about inventory needs to ensure smooth daily operations.
