We are hiring for our client, a leading bank in the UAE, and are seeking a friendly and professional Service Ambassador to join their team in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain. Key Responsibilities:

As the Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and cheerful welcome. Your primary duties will include assisting customers with queue systems, guiding them through digital channels, and reducing waiting times. You will also answer customer inquiries, provide information about banking services, and ensure a comfortable and memorable visit. Additionally, you will collaborate with branch staff to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in banking or customer service, either in the UAE or your home country. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in Arabic and English is required, and a UAE driving license is a plus.
