Role Overview: The Service Advisor at Habtoor Motors serves as the key link between customers and the workshop team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring clear communication regarding vehicle maintenance, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism throughout the service process.

Customer Interaction: The advisor greets customers, listens to their vehicle concerns, and records service requests accurately. They explain repair details, costs, and timelines clearly while ensuring customers feel confident and informed. Providing a seamless and satisfying customer experience is the primary goal.

Workshop Coordination: The Service Advisor coordinates with workshop technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of maintenance or repair jobs. They monitor job progress, verify the quality of work, and communicate any changes or recommendations to customers promptly.

Upselling and Service Promotion: The advisor identifies additional service needs and offers maintenance packages, accessories, and promotions that improve vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. Professional upselling ensures revenue growth while maintaining transparency and trust.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed service records, preparing job cards, and processing customer invoices are essential responsibilities. The advisor ensures all documentation complies with company policies and brand standards.

Customer Retention and Feedback: The Service Advisor follows up with customers after service, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Gathering customer feedback and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives are key parts of the role.

Work Environment: This position operates across various Habtoor Motors branches in the UAE. The work environment is fast-paced, customer-focused, and emphasizes teamwork, communication, and high standards of service excellence.
