Job Overview:

As a Senior Xpedion ERP Analyst specialized in construction, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system tailored specifically for the construction industry. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the ERP system is configured, customized, and maintained to meet the unique needs of our construction projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

System Configuration and Customization:

Configure and customize the Xpedion ERP system to align with the company’s construction processes and requirements.

Develop and implement ERP solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness in project management.

User Support and Training:

Provide technical support to ERP users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless operation.

Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support to existing users to enhance their understanding and use of the ERP system.

Data Management and Integration:

Ensure accurate and efficient data management within the ERP system.

Integrate data from various sources to provide a comprehensive view of project status and performance.

System Optimization and Enhancement:

Continuously monitor and assess the performance of the ERP system, identifying areas for improvement.

Implement system enhancements and updates to meet changing business needs and improve functionality.

Security and Compliance:

Ensure the ERP system complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure system integrity.

Reporting and Analytics:

Develop and generate reports to provide insights into project performance, financials, and other key metrics.

Utilize analytics to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

Vendor Management:

Collaborate with ERP vendors to manage system updates, enhancements, and technical support.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies or system improvements to optimize ERP performance.

Documentation:

Create and maintain detailed documentation of ERP configurations, customizations, and user manuals.

Ensure all system changes and updates are thoroughly documented for future reference and compliance purposes.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

7-10 years of experience in ERP system management, specifically within the construction industry.

Proven experience with Xpedion Construction ERP is a must.

Skills:

Strong understanding of construction industry processes and requirements.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and data integration.

Strong communication and training skills.

Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure optimal system performance.
