Metallurgical and Welding Engineering Support – The Senior Welding Engineer will provide comprehensive metallurgical and welding engineering support to multiple engineering disciplines, ensuring all contractual requirements and project specifications are met in accordance with international standards and updated technological criteria.

Welding Procedures and Documentation – The role involves qualifying welding procedures, preparing procedure qualification records, developing welding procedure specifications, and establishing detailed weld plans in compliance with applicable codes and project requirements.

Fabrication and Welding Inspection – The Senior Welding Engineer will perform welding inspections and expediting activities related to pressure vessels, heat exchangers, skids, piping systems, general fabrication works, and structural components.

Mechanical Testing and Material Qualification – The position requires examining, witnessing, and verifying mechanical tests conducted to qualify materials, ensuring compliance with approved standards and specifications.

Site Surveillance and Construction Support – Conducting surveillance inspections during site construction, fabrication, and welding activities for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and piping systems is a critical responsibility to ensure quality and safety compliance.

Contractor and Subcontractor Monitoring – The role includes monitoring contractor and subcontractor welding activities, verifying adherence to quality requirements, approved procedures, and project documentation to maintain high fabrication and construction standards.
