Job Overview:

MODSOFT TECHNOLOGY AI DEVELOPMENT is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at the forefront of AI technology. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept to execution, creating compelling user interfaces for AI-driven applications

Develop comprehensive user experience (UX) strategies that align with product goals and user needs

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders

Translate complex AI concepts into intuitive and visually appealing design solutions

Develop and maintain design systems and style guides

Create interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools

Provide design recommendations based on user feedback and data insights

Ensure design consistency across multiple platforms and devices

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Minimum 5-7 years of professional UI/UX design experience

Proven portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI/UX design skills

Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD

Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices

Experience designing for AI and technology products

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment

Technical Skills:

Responsive design principles

Interaction design

Wireframing and prototyping

Design system development

User research methodologies

Proficiency in design software

Understanding of front-end development basics
