IMS People is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in the Australian recruitment market to join our remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional with a proven background in technical hiring who is ready to take on a senior role within a dynamic and internationally focused organization.

In this role you will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment for technical and development roles within the Australian market. You will source, screen, and shortlist top candidates, coordinate interviews, manage the complete candidate lifecycle, and build and maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline. Working closely with international clients and stakeholders you will play a central role in meeting hiring requirements efficiently and to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment with strong and mandatory hands on experience in the Australian job market. Proven experience hiring for development roles is essential along with exposure to international clients and stakeholders, particularly within the UK or APAC region. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a thorough understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle are non-negotiable requirements for this position.
