Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Lead to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in full-stack development with proven project management skills to lead cross-functional teams and deliver successful web development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor development teams in the successful delivery of web applications

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence

Implement and maintain Agile/Scrum methodologies across development teams

Conduct technical planning, risk assessment, and resource allocation

Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for projects

Perform code reviews and ensure code quality standards are maintained

Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management

Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes

Technical Requirements

Expert-level proficiency in:

Python/Django backend development

React.js frontend development

Next.js framework

Strong understanding of web development best practices and standards

Experience with version control systems (Git)

Knowledge of database design and optimization

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Project Management Requirements

Proven experience in managing web development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within scope

Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies

Excellent resource planning and allocation skills

Knowledge of project management tools and software

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5-7 years of development experience

Minimum 3 years of project management experience

Proven track record of leading successful development teams

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
