Job Overview: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end-to-end recruitment process at Property Shop Investment LLC, ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains top-performing talent across all departments.
Recruitment Strategy: The candidate will design and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals. She will collaborate closely with department heads to identify manpower needs and develop sourcing plans accordingly.
Candidate Sourcing: The role involves proactive sourcing through online platforms, job boards, referrals, and networking events. The specialist will also manage relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: She will conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and guide hiring managers on selection best practices. Maintaining a professional and consistent candidate experience throughout the process is key.
Onboarding and Coordination: The candidate will oversee the onboarding of new hires, ensuring smooth transitions, documentation completion, and HR system updates in compliance with company policies.
HR Systems and Reporting: The specialist will maintain recruitment databases, prepare hiring reports, and track recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and performance over time.
Employer Branding: The role also involves strengthening PSI’s employer brand through social media presence, career events, and internal engagement initiatives that highlight company culture and values.
