About Us

Vincitore Realty is a dynamic real estate company seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment initiatives. We're looking for someone who can effectively manage both technical and blue-collar hiring needs while maintaining high recruitment standards.

Position Overview

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, developing talent acquisition strategies, and building strong candidate pipelines across diverse roles. This position requires expertise in hiring for both technical professionals and skilled laborers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical and blue-collar positions

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for diverse role types

Create and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create accurate job descriptions

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final selection

Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards

Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events

Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activities

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Optimize the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience, with proven track record in both technical and blue-collar hiring

Strong understanding of various recruitment channels and sourcing techniques

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective job postings

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Cultural awareness and sensitivity

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

HRCI or SHRM certification

Experience in real estate or construction industry recruitment

Knowledge of multiple languages

Experience with recruitment marketing
