Overview:

Al-Futtaim is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Supervisor (Soft Services) to oversee and manage soft facilities management (FM) services across multiple projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing diverse teams and ensuring high standards of service delivery to our esteemed clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervision and Management:

Lead and supervise a team of soft services staff, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.

Oversee day-to-day operations of soft FM services, including cleaning, waste management, landscaping, and pest control.

Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.

Project Management:

Manage multiple soft FM projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with service agreements.

Prepare and present reports on service delivery, performance metrics, and client feedback.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect staff and clients.

Conduct regular training sessions for staff on safety and operational procedures.

Resource Management:

Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project requirements.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials and equipment.

Monitor and control costs to stay within budget.

Performance Monitoring:

Set performance targets for staff and conduct regular performance reviews.

Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Use performance data to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in soft facilities management in the UAE.

Proven experience in managing multiple projects and reputed clients.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and FM software applications.

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the retail industry.

Additional certifications in facilities management or related fields.

Knowledge of sustainability practices in facilities management.
