Tech Mahindra is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Doha, Qatar. This position is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in .Net and Web API technologies, looking to make an immediate impact on software development projects. Roles & Responsibilities:

Software Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using .Net and Web API technologies.

Technical Expertise: Apply your deep knowledge of .Net and Web API to create robust, scalable, and secure applications.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including other software engineers, QA testers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software products.

Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues that arise during the software development lifecycle.

Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure that best practices are followed and that the codebase remains clean, efficient, and maintainable.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for the developed software solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to enhance existing systems.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong proficiency in .Net and Web API development.

Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software engineering.

Demonstrated ability to lead software development projects and work effectively in a team environment.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .Net and Web API.

Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of .Net, Web API, and related frameworks and tools.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
