Senior Software Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our team at FMC Network UAE, part of the Fathima Healthcare Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications for healthcare systems
• Lead technical projects and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software solutions
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
• Experience with healthcare software systems preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Technical Skills

• Full-stack development experience
• Knowledge of database design and management
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Understanding of software security best practices
