Job Description

J10 Consulting, a leading Global Architectural Design Consultancy, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Architect to join their team in Dubai. This role focuses on overseeing new high-rise tower projects, requiring a strong background in design review and BIM coordination. The successful candidate will have experience in similar roles within the UAE or wider GCC and must have worked with recognized architectural and design consultancy clients in a supervisory capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation: Report directly to the Project Director (PD) and oversee the implementation of project plans, ensuring deliverables are met on time and adhere to recognized standards.

Design Development: Lead the design development process, ensuring the delivery of the design intent from concept to completion.

Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local authority regulations and codes, utilizing correct design standards.

Brief Management: Share responsibility for writing and updating project briefs, as well as collating the NBS specification.

Sub Consultant Coordination: Coordinate all sub consultant packages and review all drawing packages before issuance.

Quality and Standards: Ensure adherence to Quality System Procedures (QSP) and operational standards by Project Architects.

Documentation and Deadlines: Ensure Project Architects are familiar with relevant standards and meet documentation deadlines.

Authority Liaison: Handle meetings with local authorities and manage the submission process efficiently.

Resource and NOC Tracking: Manage resource tracking schedules and NOC (No Objection Certificate) tracking.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience, particularly in site-based roles for high-rise tower projects. Must have experience in design review and supervision.

Skills: Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM software. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Professional Background: Prior experience with recognized Design and Engineering Consultancies, managing multiple concurrent projects.

Salary

AED 22,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
