Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 5 years in UAE/GCC

Key Responsibilities:

Overall management of large construction projects

Lead and coordinate multiple construction teams

Review and approve construction methodologies

Ensure project completion within budget and timeline

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Manage quality control and safety compliance

Handle resource allocation and optimization

Review and approve technical submittals

Oversee project documentation and reporting

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English

Knowledge of UAE construction standards

Familiarity with local building codes

Computer literacy

Valid UAE driving license preferred

Ability to work in a multicultural environment

Knowledge of HSE regulations

Problem-solving skills

Team management abilities
