Job Overview:

Fire7 is seeking an experienced Senior Service Engineer specializing in Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to manage technical operations, coordinate service teams, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction in fire safety and related technical services.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Team Management:

Schedule and coordinate technical team for site work

Plan and allocate resources for scheduled maintenance

Monitor and maintain technical team discipline

Conduct technical meetings, training sessions, and performance audits

Coordinate with engineers and managers for technical resources

Client and Operations Management:

Coordinate with office and clients for job execution

Ensure job completion within stipulated timeframes

Manage job/contract schedule closure in ERP system

Attend service call-outs and assign appropriate team members

Respond to technical queries from clients, sales team, and technical staff

Inspection and Compliance:

Manage inspection schedules and civil defense visits

Attend civil defense inspections

Coordinate with civil defense inspectors

Arrange inspector schedules for comprehensive inspections

Additional Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys for new sales inquiries

Attend client site meetings

Collect and submit daily service reports

Perform additional tasks as assigned by line management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma equivalent

Minimum 5 years of experience in AMC service engineering

Comprehensive understanding of technical service management

Strong organizational and communication skills

Technical Requirements:

Proficient in ERP systems

Technical documentation and reporting skills

Ability to manage complex service schedules

Strong problem-solving capabilities

Mandatory Requirements:

Valid UAE driving license

Expertise in fire safety and related technical services

Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred Skills:

Civil defense inspection knowledge

Experience in comprehensive technical team management

Proficiency in multiple technical domains
