Role Overview:

As a Senior Sales Channel Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue opportunities for our client's luxury properties. Working closely with the Sales Channel Manager, you will nurture existing leads, establish strategic partnerships, and leverage networking opportunities to drive sales growth. This role offers substantial career development, providing direct exposure to senior management and involvement in lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Sales Channel Manager to develop and execute effective sales strategies for luxury properties in South East Asia.

Nurture existing leads and cultivate new relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporations in the Middle East.

Coordinate and attend roadshows, events, and client meetings to promote the luxury property portfolio.

Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our client's offerings.

Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Support the development of marketing materials and presentations tailored to target audiences.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in luxury properties.

Strong passion for luxury real estate with a solid understanding of global market trends.

Demonstrated ability to execute successful sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.

Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Russian language or existing Russian contacts is preferred.
