Job Description:

Propel Consult is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Associate for a prestigious retail company known for being one of the top importers and distributors of luxury products in the GCC. The ideal candidate will be based in Bahrain and will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-end clientele, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clientele.

Identify and qualify new sales leads through networking and relationship building.

Customer Service Excellence:

Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.

Provide in-depth product knowledge and personalized recommendations tailored to individual client needs.

Sales and Performance:

Conduct personalized styling consultations and curate shopping experiences.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Prepare accurate sales reports and contribute to data analysis for sales forecasting.

Brand Representation:

Maintain a positive and professional brand image at all times.

Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience in luxury retail sales.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of luxury fashion trends and brands.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport and trust with a discerning clientele.

Attributes:

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.

Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
