Job Description:

Teksalah LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in IT consulting, specializing in Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure Technologies. This role requires a dynamic individual who can drive business growth, manage key accounts, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Generate and develop business opportunities with corporate clients for Teksalah’s portfolio of solutions, including Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure Technologies.

Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on enterprise accounts and large verticals in the UAE ICT market.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and consultative selling. Maintain a robust pipeline for ICT solutions, products, and services.

Customer Solutions: Understand clients’ business challenges and propose effective ICT solutions. Ensure customer delight by delivering exceptional service.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams to generate new revenues and meet individual and team targets. Conduct sales workshops and stay updated with technological advancements.

Forecasting: Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts aligned with business goals. Meet monthly and quarterly MBOs and KPIs set by management.

Support and Guidance: Provide timely support and information to clients, ensuring trust and strong relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in ICT solutions selling within the UAE. Proven experience handling large enterprise projects and client relationships.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, Virtualization Technologies, and related ICT solutions. Experience with EDR, PaaS, MFA, and Business Continuity is essential.

Education: Graduate/BE/MBA. Certifications such as ISC2, ISACA, Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, Fortigate, PALOALTO, or Checkpoint are preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Strong customer relationship management and consultative selling skills.
