Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations and management of an Italian restaurant
Lead and motivate a team of supervisors, waitstaff, and other restaurant personnel
Ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality dining experiences
Monitor budgets, inventory, and profitability to maximize restaurant performance
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory and service levels
Proficient in the Italian language, both spoken and written, preferred
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a restaurant manager, preferably in an Italian or Mediterranean concept
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Strong financial management and budgeting expertise
Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Proficiency in Italian language, both spoken and written, is preferred
