Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Proactively sell credit cards, personal loans, account openings, and Islamic banking products.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.

Identify and approach potential customers, providing them with information and guidance on financial products.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial requirements.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering excellent service and support.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Analyze competitor products and strategies to ensure competitive advantage.

Provide feedback and insights to management for product and service improvements.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Accurately complete and maintain customer documentation and records.

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve common goals.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for business growth.

Support and mentor junior team members as needed.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in selling credit cards, personal loans, account openings, and Islamic banking products.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong customer service orientation.

High level of integrity and professionalism.

Location:

Candidate must be currently residing and available for interviews in the UAE.
