Duties & Responsibilities:

Focus Professional Services is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager for their Corporate Banking division. The successful candidate will manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on developing strong relationships and providing tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a significant corporate banking portfolio, ensuring the delivery of customized financial solutions to clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the corporate banking portfolio.

Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessment of clients' financial status and creditworthiness.

Provide expert advice on corporate banking products and services, including loans, credit facilities, treasury, and investment products.

Prepare and present detailed financial proposals and presentations to clients and senior management.

Monitor and manage the performance of the asset portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolution of client issues.

Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.

Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, client interactions, and business development activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are advantageous.

Minimum of 10 - 13 years of experience in corporate banking, with a proven track record in managing large asset portfolios.

Experience managing a portfolio worth a minimum of 1.5 billion AED in assets.

Strong financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit evaluation skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products, services, and industry regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
