About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to make a significant impact in a dynamic consultancy environment.
Position Overview
The Senior Recruitment Manager will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle, developing client relationships, and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with client requirements
Source and identify high-quality candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from initial sourcing to successful placement
Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and interviews to ensure optimal client-candidate matches
Perform thorough background checks and reference verifications
Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics and placement success rates
Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and market insights
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Lead negotiations between clients and candidates
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations
Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team development
Maintain accurate recruitment databases and documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in recruitment consultancy or agency settings
Demonstrated track record of successful placements and client relationship management
Strong understanding of UAE labor market and recruitment practices
Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
