Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to take on a leadership role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. This pivotal position will be responsible for attracting and securing top-tier talent to support our academy's continued growth and excellence in music and dance education.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment processes across all organizational departments, from entry-level to senior positions

Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans in collaboration with department heads and hiring managers

Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies

Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes with relevant stakeholders

Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and outcomes

Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

Stay current with industry recruitment trends and implement innovative hiring strategies

Maintain detailed recruitment records and generate regular reports on hiring activities

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment

Previous recruitment agency experience strongly preferred

Experience in high-volume hiring and talent pipeline management

Track record of successful placements at various organizational levels

Experience in education or creative sectors is advantageous

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
