Qualifications & Responsibilities:

- At least 3-5 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Broker.

- Exceptional client service and satisfaction.

- Team training and administration skills.

- Up-to-date knowledge of real estate practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with real estate software and tools.

- Collaborate with leadership to refine company processes.

- Foster a cohesive and motivated team environment.

- RERA certification.
