This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple exciting and diverse projects at both pre-contract and post-contract stages. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in cost estimation, budget management, and project valuation, with a proven ability to deliver accurate financial insights that support project success.
Key Responsibilities: The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing cost plans, tender documents, and bills of quantities, as well as evaluating variations and contractual claims. Proficiency in cost management software, measurement techniques, and contractual frameworks such as FIDIC will be highly advantageous.
Team Coordination and Leadership: As a Senior QS, you will support project managers and mentor junior quantity surveyors by providing technical guidance and ensuring the highest quality standards in all cost control and estimation processes. Strong communication and teamwork abilities are required to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and design teams.
Professional Growth and Environment: Joining NWS International provides a platform to work on high-value, complex construction projects that challenge and enhance your professional capabilities.
