Position: Senior QA/QC Manager

Salary: Up to 25K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead critical site inspection activities, including issuing Site Observation Reports (SOR), Non-Compliance Reports (NCR), and reviewing Work Inspection Requests (WIR), Shop Drawings (SD), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Material Approval Requests (MAR), Method Statements, and Risk Assessments (MSRA).

Monitor compliance with project procedures for mock-up inspections, third-party laboratory tests, and equipment and plant calibrations by all project participants.

Track non-compliances to contract specifications, prepare tracking sheets, dashboards, and various online reports for the Management Information System (MIS) and decision-making.

Oversee the review of material submittals and method statements submitted by the contractor to ensure quality requirements are met.

Conduct periodic inspections, QA/QC site walks, and visits to manufacturing facilities to ensure necessary QC measures are implemented.

Requirements:

Open to Indian nationality.

Male, 40 years old and below.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or higher.

At least 5 years of QA/QC experience in high-rise tower construction in the UAE.

Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent) or ASQC certification (CQM/CQE) is an advantage.

Strong technical skills in quality control processes and tools.

Experience in creating and writing QA/QC audit procedures and policies.

Well-versed with local regulations and ISO Procedures.
