Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Management

Plan, execute, and finalize mystery shopping projects on time and within budget.

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure project success.

Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Client Service Team Management

Serve as the main point of contact for the client services team, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Provide detailed project reports and updates to the client services team.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor project managers and coordinators, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Ensure the team adheres to best practices in project management and mystery shopping methods.

Quality Assurance

Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected.

Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize processes.

Monitor and assess project results to ensure they meet the client services team's goals and company standards.

Stakeholder Communication

Facilitate effective communication between the client services team, internal departments, and external stakeholders.

Address any issues promptly to ensure the project progresses smoothly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably within the market research industry.

Proven experience in managing and executing large-scale projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent client service and communication skills.

Proficient in project management tools and software.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
