About the Role:

Azizi Developments is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management & Construction team. This is a leadership role for a professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale, high-profile construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end management of complex construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your primary duties will include developing comprehensive project plans, managing budgets, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal teams. You will also monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will mentor junior project managers and ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 10–15 years of experience in project management within the construction industry is required. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 will be an advantage. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software is essential.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders.
