This role offers the opportunity to lead significant projects from conception to operational handover, ensuring successful delivery within budget and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.

Allocate resources and manage project budgets.

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead and motivate project team members.

Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Risk & Issue Management:

Identify and manage project risks and issues.

Resolve conflicts and make decisions to keep the project on track.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate with stakeholders and keep them informed of project updates.

Ensure clear and effective communication with senior stakeholders.

Methodologies & Best Practices:

Adhere to project management methodologies and best practices.

Evaluate project outcomes and conduct post-project reviews for lessons learned.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

An Engineering or Construction-related degree.

Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of strong project management experience, with technical expertise in hotel construction.

Previous UAE project management experience within a Project Management Consultancy or Contractor environment.

Experience overseeing the construction of hotels, resorts, and development projects, including design and procurement.

Certifications:

PMP certification is highly regarded.

Skills:

Strong stakeholder management skills.

Ability to communicate and articulate information clearly and effectively with senior stakeholders.
