Job Description:

A leading bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to join their Digital leadership team. The role focuses on driving digital transformation initiatives and enhancing customer experiences through innovative banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Digital leadership to develop and execute product strategies
• Define and drive digital product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Lead agile development teams in delivering customer-centric solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to achieve sales targets through digital innovation
• Define and track key performance metrics for digital products
• Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business value
• Drive continuous improvement in digital banking solutions

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of total experience with minimum 5 years in product development and marketing
• Proven experience in banking/financial services sector
• Strong background in digital product management and development
• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and Lean principles
• Experience working in multi-channel and multi-region environments
• Bachelor's degree required (Advanced degree preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Immediate availability is mandatory
