Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Product Development Leadership: Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Product Roadmap & Strategy: Define product roadmap and strategy, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives and user feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and launch initiatives.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze product performance, KPIs, and metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, and incorporate relevant insights into product planning and development.

Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders.

Documentation Maintenance: Maintain high-quality, easy-to-understand user documentation including feature details, tech structure, release notes, and user guides.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Language: Arabic speaking

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from conception to delivery.

Industry Experience: Experience in Ecommerce is essential.

Agile/Scrum: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working directly with engineering teams to manage squads.

Data & Insights: Experience in using data and insights for decision-making.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation.
