Role Overview – Petrofac Emirates LLC is hiring a Senior Procurement Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced procurement professionals with strong vendor management expertise, oil and gas industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate procurement operations effectively, manage supplier relationships, ensure contract compliance, optimize procurement efficiency, and support project delivery within a dynamic energy and petroleum services business environment.

Procurement Operations Coordination – You will coordinate comprehensive procurement operations by managing procurement activities, coordinating processes, and ensuring efficient operations. You will supervise junior procurement staff, establish procurement standards, and maintain organized systems. You will ensure procurement accuracy and support project material requirements.

Vendor Management and Relationship Building – You will manage vendor relationships by coordinating with suppliers, addressing concerns, and maintaining positive partnerships. You will evaluate vendor performance, track metrics, and recommend vendor actions. You will develop vendor networks and support long-term relationships.

Purchase Order Management and Issuance – You will manage purchase orders by processing requests, verifying details, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring proper issuance. You will organize PO documentation, track deliveries, and maintain PO records. You will ensure purchase orders contain accurate information and specifications.

Quotation and Bid Coordination – You will coordinate quotation and bid processes by requesting quotes, organizing bid information, and supporting bid evaluation. You will compile quotation data, analyze proposals, and support procurement decision-making. You will maintain bid documentation.
