Duties & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Planning Engineer will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and monitoring project schedules and ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet project deadlines and objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules using specialized software and tools.

Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Analyze project requirements and constraints to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.

Monitor project progress and performance against planned schedules and milestones.

Identify and address schedule conflicts, delays, and bottlenecks to ensure timely project completion.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on project progress and performance for management and stakeholders.

Collaborate with project teams to assess resource requirements and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

Participate in project meetings and provide expert input on scheduling and planning matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role in the construction or engineering industry.

Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
