Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software

Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly

Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports

Resource planning and allocation

Identify and analyze potential delays and recommend recovery plans

Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely project delivery

Review and analyze subcontractor schedules

Risk assessment and mitigation planning

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

5-8 years of experience in construction planning

Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in UAE construction industry preferred

Excellent communication skills in English

Knowledge of construction methodologies and sequences
