About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team for pipeline projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive project schedules while ensuring alignment with Saudi Aramco standards and construction sequences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera and Tilos

Create and update resource-loaded schedules for pipeline construction projects

Monitor project progress and provide detailed analysis of schedule performance

Identify potential delays and develop mitigation strategies

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients

Coordinate with various departments to ensure schedule alignment

Analyze construction sequences and optimize project timelines

Track and report project milestones and critical path activities

Provide accurate forecasting for project completion dates

Interface with clients, contractors, and stakeholders regarding schedule matters

Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco codes and standards

Conduct schedule risk assessments and analysis

Support cost control through effective schedule management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field)

Minimum 10 years of experience in pipeline industry planning

Extensive experience with Primavera P6 and Tilos software

In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco codes and standards

Strong understanding of pipeline construction methodologies

Proven ability to forecast and plan construction sequences

Experience in managing large-scale pipeline projects

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6

Expert knowledge of Tilos linear planning software

Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of project control tools and techniques

Familiarity with earned value management principles
